Location – Chennai / Hyderabad / Kochi
Summary
Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in assigned regions. Responsible for setting up Project Dealers & Channel Partners in the assigned areas.
Experience
- 5 -10 years of sales positions, preferably in architectural or related products. Should have technical sales experience and worked with architects, projects & end customers.
- Should have handled customer accounts and key customer accounts individually.
Qualification
- Preferably should hold a Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Preferably age between 25 to 35 years
Primary responsibility
- Sales & Marketing of company products to existing and new customers
- Prepare schedules and action plans to identify customers and projects.
- Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Architects, Builders, Project Developers, Contractors & Dealers.
- Generate & follow-up leads and referrals from field activity.
- Prepare presentations, submission and negotiation of quotations.
- Maintain sales and marketing collaterals.
- Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.
- Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
- Payment collection.
- Other sales specific duties assigned as deemed fit from time-to-time.
Knowledge and Skill requirement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Ability to develop and deliver product presentations.
- Ability to understand and follow procedures laid done by the company.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide positive company image to the public
